My interest in cooking was evident at a very young age, along with an interest in art-
sketching,fashion & shoe design, architecture, photography, and another favourite, cars. I took
advantage of almost every opportunity by helping, or simply just watching my mom prepare the
various dishes, dishes that I still enjoy preparing. . . .
